Cat Gloria

Hola! I am a Latin Dance Instructor from South Florida. I specialize in teaching bachata, a street dance from the Dominican Republic.

I have been dancing since age 3 and decided to make a career out of it with my partner “BlanquitoFlo” after being certified by Luis y Andrea de Espana. We travel teaching bachata as it is danced in DR.

I am also a part of Ferocity Dance Company, a Virginia bachata company. On weekends I sometimes teach classes and demo at the world-renowned club, “The Salsa Room.”

During the week, I teach at DC studios such as Salsa With Silvia, Certified Studios and Crown Dance Studio. My classes focus on improvised movement for social dancing purposes.

I also teach heels, with a focus on confidence and freedom in movement.
